We’re looking to expand our network of experienced freelance developers who can support our team during high-demand periods.

Dekode is Norway’s largest WordPress agency. A team of 40+ designers, developers and advisors working together to build digital solutions that last. We help NGOs, membership organizations and large enterprises succeed online with accessible, maintainable and open-source technology. 

We're now looking for freelancers who

• Have solid experience with modern WordPress development (both front-end and back-end)

• Know PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Git

• Build with performance, security and maintainability in mind

• Communicate clearly and work well in cross-disciplinary teams

• Are based within two hours of CET

You’ll collaborate closely with Dekode’s in-house developers and designers, joining project teams where you can contribute your expertise to meaningful digital projects. Often for clients with a social impact.
